Buyer's Statement
Specialty Tool & Supply does not in any way warrant that you, the buyer, can lawfully purchase, possess, carry or use air rifles or pistols, black powder items, crossbows, slingshots, blowguns, knives or any other item
which you may order, under any applicable state and/or local laws. You as buyer, warrant that you have checked those laws, that you are of legal age to purchase these items and that you are not under any legal disability
which would in any way affect your ability to lawfully purchase them.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
We want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied, call or write to us within 30 days for authorization to return or exchange your merchandise.
Mailing Lists
We do not share
our mailing lists with any other companies or organizations. We use it to
send you information on products or services that interest you. If you
prefer not to receive information, please send us an email with remove in
the subject line and your name will be promptly removed.

Payment Policy
Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur; these items will be shipped as we receive them.
Non-truck shipped orders paid by credit card will be charged when order is placed for in-stock merchandise; backordered items will not be charged until merchandise is available for shipment. We reserve the right
to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to ten (10) business days. There is a $20 service charge for all returned checks.
Prices
Prices and shipping-and-handling rates are subject to change without
notice. We reserve the right to correct layout and printing errors. Photos may vary. Quantities of some products may be limited. Current catalog prices supersede all previous prices.

Sales Tax
Minnesota and South Carolina residents must pay applicable sales tax. South Carolina residents must also pay tax on shipping. If you are a
tax-exempt customer in Minnesota or South Carolina, please send us a copy of your state's exemption certificate.

Shipping Information
Standard Ground Shipments We ship your order using the most efficient method, although the size or
weight of some items requires a specific carrier be used. With all shipments, you can be sure that the most economical shipping method is chosen unless another method is requested. UPS and RPS cannot
deliver to P.O. Box numbers, please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Please allow at least ten (10) business days for delivery before calling on order status.
Truck Freight Shipments
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule
merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands Customers Call 1-800-666-1899 for rates. UPS can deliver to most areas; it is more expensive due to air service charges. Parcel Post is more economical.
International Customers

Warranties on Merchandise Products are warrantied by the manufacturer. Call the nearest service
center if you have any questions on merchandise care. Neither Specialty Tool & Supply nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. If you call or write about defective merchandise,
we must have the invoice number of the item.
